Expressing regret that on Stumpff's recent visit she did not show him Mozart's birthplace and "lists" of his father's written from London [i.e. the travel reports sent by Leopold Mozart from London to Johann Lorenz Hagenauer in Salzburg in 1764], sending as a souvenir a card [not present] from Maria Anna ["Nannerl"] Mozart (her sister-in-law and Mozart's sister), and asking Stumpff to write two words acknowledging receipt of the letter; with notes written and signed by Maria Anna, Constanze, and [Georg Nikolaus] Nissen.
